Ode to Ty

Ok so my little Ty makes me laugh so much! He is such a character. Just out of the blue all the time he will just do something that I have no idea where it came from that makes me laugh and laugh. Like when he shortens his arms and runs around making the "most annoying sound in the world" like he is a dinosaur, when he sees a clip on the cartoon channel of some girls rockin' out and he yells at the top of his throat Joossy and the Pussycats!, when I am singing a hymn in church and he makes up words and sings along, when he cries if I just run somewhere for a fews minutes because I forgot to let him give me a kiss and a hug goodbye, and then when I get back only after running an errand a short time later and he yells mooomm with so much excitement like he hasn't seen me in a week, he tells me that I look pretty and that I am sweet even when I don't have any make-up on and look like total white trash, that he calls Jordyn "sweet cheeks". I could go on and on yet I kind of have but I just had to post some examples...

off for days and you can't see it but he does have some drool coming out. Hey it was hard work.

Alright after doing this blog I have now decided I do know where most of these things are coming from, TV! Well it may show that I am a terrible mother but, that I have a really aware child, with a good memory, and knows what is FUNNY:) I don't get to watch as much TV as they do but I love my little Ty for replaying the highlights!!!!

Nick's B-day Party!

One of the boys best buddies is Nick who just had his three year old Birthday. He wanted to go to the Firestation and check out what is all about and we got to go with him.

This is the whole group together on the Ambulance, which the Fireman said that 80% of their calls are for medical instead of fires. (The Birthday boy is in the striped shirt on the lap)

They all got to go inside the Fire Engine and see all the gadgets.

Bet you can't guess what this is all about, ok ok I'll tell you it is the STOP, DROP, and ROLL exercise.

We all got to learn about fire safety and what the firemen wear to keep them safe.

The girls, Ruby and Jordyn, more entertained by our keys than what the Fireman was saying. What cuties! Do they look a little bit like a mini Tiffany and Sheree playing together?

When we left my boys said they had a lot of fun. Later that day I went home to clean the Tahoe and Ashton got the hose and started spraying the house and said that he was putting out a fire. I was so proud of my little fireman:) THANKS for the invited Nick!!

A fun day at the park!

So after trying to find fun things to do to entertain the kids all summer I remembered this park. It is awesome and I am mad I didn't think of it before. Alot of the parks you don't really want to go to in the heat of the day because the playground is too hot. This one still has a playground if you want to hit it but, it also has a small stream running through it. It is perfect for small kids who want to cool off in the heat of the day and the best thing about it is...it is FREE! The boys loved it!!!!

Ok so the only down fall is the water is cold, burrrr!

Ashton was not timid at all when touching the sting wrays.

I think he found a new friend, it kept trying to jump out of the

water to go home with him.

Ty was deffinately different he seemed more ok to view from a

distance.

Ashton is just like his dad he wishes he was swimming

in the tank with them.
